Nippon Carbide Industries (USA), Inc. is pleased to announce the merger of Nippon Carbide Industries (South Carolina), Inc. into Nippon Carbide Industries (USA), Inc., effective September 1, 2026. Following the merger, Nippon Carbide Industries (USA), Inc. will continue as the surviving entity and will assume all business operations of Nippon Carbide Industries (South Carolina), Inc.

This merger is part of the Nippon Carbide Group’s efforts to further enhance operational efficiency and strengthen its business foundation in the United States.
